Area Enemies: Durandal Confinement
- Enemy320 HP; Biological type. Weak to Fire and Slash. Rewards: 180 XP; 6 T.Pts; 6 E.Pts; 6 S.Pts; 200G. Drops: Escape Pack; no rare item. Strategy: Use Fire or Slash attacks. In the forced chaos-only opener, his modified Heaven's Wrath exploits the Slash weakness; once the party returns, focus one soldier down at a time.
- Enemy360 HP; Biological type. Weak to Fire and Slash. Rewards: 250 XP; 10 T.Pts; 6 E.Pts; 8 S.Pts; 300G. Drops: Escape Pack; no rare item. Strategy: It has slightly more HP than the A variant but the same Fire and Slash weaknesses. Use chaos' Heaven's Wrath in the forced opener, then concentrate the full party's attacks.
- Enemy580 HP; Mechanical type. Weak to Spirit. Rewards: 360 XP; 18 T.Pts; 4 E.Pts; 16 S.Pts; 400G. Drops: Med Kit DX; no rare item. Strategy: Its high physical defense makes ordinary attacks inefficient. Use Spirit damage when available and focus on one Gertzog FE at a time while crossing the Hangar and Dock.

Do not stumble into Optional Boss9,999 HP; Gnosis type. Weak to No weakness; resists Lightning and Beam by 50%. Rewards: 18000 XP; 200 T.Pts; 180 E.Pts; 200 S.Pts; 200G. Drops: Swimsuit; also unlocks Soul Rhapsody and Magnum Joe for Jr.. Strategy: Return late with Jr. as the field leader. Set All Guard for Curse, use strong physical Tech Attacks, keep a healer in the back row, and remove Great Joe’s Ether Attack buffs before Soul Crusher.
The other bedroom, the one with the U.M.N. shop, hides Optional Boss9,999 HP; Gnosis type. Weak to No weakness; resists Lightning and Beam by 50%. Rewards: 18000 XP; 200 T.Pts; 180 E.Pts; 200 S.Pts; 200G. Drops: Swimsuit; also unlocks Soul Rhapsody and Magnum Joe for Jr.. Strategy: Return late with Jr. as the field leader. Set All Guard for Curse, use strong physical Tech Attacks, keep a healer in the back row, and remove Great Joe’s Ether Attack buffs before Soul Crusher. behind its right closet door when Jr. is the on-screen leader. He has 9,999 HP and is intended as a much later optional boss. Leave that closet alone for now unless you deliberately want the fight. Open the Hangar armory
You have a free bed and enemies between here and the train, so this is a safe place to gain a level or finish a few point upgrades. The opening section of the LocationA shared virtual environment used during the party’s investigation. is an even better farming area, though, so don’t grind here forever.
