Shion needs at least 60 EP to cast it. Equipping it uses all 12 Battle SystemBattle reward spent to evolve or transfer Ether abilities., so it becomes her only equipped Ether. If her EP is short, increase Max EP with Battle SystemBattle reward spent on Tech Attacks or character statistics. or use equipment such as the Character AccessoryIncrease Max EP by 15% or an Character AccessoryEP Half (1/2 EP Usage) before relying on it for a boss plan.
