Species Conquest
Species Conquest creations are unlocked by capturing several of every fiend in a related family. Unlike Area Conquest, those families are scattered across Spira, so keep the capture tracker open and work toward the thresholds below while you finish each area.
Every Species Conquest fight costs 8,000 Gil after the free first attempt. Most award 10,000 AP and 0 Gil; Juggernaut is the exception at 8,000 AP. The normal item drop has a small chance to be replaced by ItemRare customization material and Use item that deals 13,000 damage to all enemies regardless of Break Damage Limit., and an Battle SystemFinishing an enemy with at least its required final-hit damage threshold, commonly improving AP or item rewards. doubles the item quantity but not the AP. The owner gives each unlock reward once, when its creation becomes available.

The two Gemini forms have separate capture counters. You need ten sword-wielding Gemini and ten club-wielding Gemini for Ironclad; ten encounters with whichever one happened to show up first will not do it.
