Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete Walkthrough
After the Crystal Tower
Althena’s Shrine and Meribia
Leave Vane using the teleporter and heal up at Althena’s Shrine to the west. Before you leave, talk repeatedly to Phacia’s assistant at the far north end of the shrine to receive Phacia’s Bromide. This is missable on PlayStation, so get it now if you want it. Head back along the northern path to Meribia.
Return to Meribia by the northern road. Head to Black Rose Street and talk to the old lady until she asks you to tell her sister to move back. Head to Mel’s Mansion and talk to everyone until Jessica escorts you away. Talk to Luna and Jessica until you get another cut scene. When you wake up, talk to Mel and Jessica, then leave the mansion and head to the harbor in the lower right of the city screen. Tell Ghaleon you’re ready to leave.
Saith, the Old Hag, and Burg
There’s not much to do in Saith, but if you leave town and revisit the Old Hag’s House northwest of Saith, you can obtain the WeaponEquippable by Jessica. Attack +44. by talking to her a few times. Return through the woods and Burg to Quark in the White Dragon Cave - but see the note below first!
After the cut scene, return to Burg and head to the basement of Alex’s house. Examine the shelves on the left side to receive Luna’s Bromide 2. This is also missable on PlayStation, so do it before returning to Meribia. Leave the basement and talk to Alex’s parents, then head to Dyne’s Monument in the upper-left corner of the town map. After the cut scene with Laike, you will be able to use your new Key ItemDragonmaster equipment and a travel tool used for returning to previously visited destinations when the story permits. to MechanicFast travel enabled by the Dragon Wings when the story and current region permit it. to places you’ve previously visited. Head for Meribia.
Return to Meribia
You’ll find Meribia in a bit of a state. After a quick battle, give Jessica the WeaponEquippable by Jessica. Attack +44. and anything else that might help her. Some Healing Nuts and Star Lights would be a good start. Use the statue to heal up if needed, then head toward Mel’s Mansion.
There are boxes everywhere blocking the obvious path, so you’ll have to detour all the way left and along the bottom of the screen before heading right and back up to the mansion. If you head to Ramus’ shop along the way, you can upgrade Alex to a WeaponEquippable by Alex, Kyle. Attack +33.. Don’t bother with the other stores, though. They’re all closed. When you reach the mansion, head right to the bedrooms, then go through the lower-right exit to find Mel. Watch the cut scene.
In that same house you can also see a glitch where the wrong character appears while talking about how worried she is for Vane. XD Anyway, when you’re done talking to folks, return to the other screen, use the statue to heal up, save, then MechanicFast travel enabled by the Dragon Wings when the story and current region permit it. to Vane.

Watch the dialogue, then DON’T TALK TO KYLE when the battle is over. See the doorway just above you? Go through it, head to the upper-right corner of the next screen, and search the bed with the red-diamond pattern for Jess’ Bromide 4. This is your only opportunity to collect it.
When you have that, go back the way you came and talk to Kyle. Those become relevant much later, so you do not need to detour to his shop now.

You can leave the field, MechanicFast travel enabled by the Dragon Wings when the story and current region permit it. to Vane to buy Star Lights for Alex and Kyle’s magic, then return directly to Iluk.
